At Nelly’s Waist Trainers, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange an item. Please review our policy below:

Refunds:

We offer a full refund on items returned within 30 days of purchase.- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.- Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Returns:

Items can be returned for store credit or exchange within 60 days of purchase.- Returns must be in their original condition with tags attached.- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges:

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 60 days of purchase, subject to availability.- Exchanged items must be in their original condition with tags attached.- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team at Nellyswaisttrainer@gmail.com to request a return authorization number.

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the return authorization number clearly marked on the outside.

3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Once the return is received and processed, we will notify you via email.

Exceptions:

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.- For hygiene reasons, underwear and bodysuits are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Faulty Items:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.- We will provide a prepaid return label for faulty items and offer a refund, exchange, or store credit, as per your preference.
