At Nelly’s Waist Trainers, we offer refunds on select products and this is stated at the point of order.

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order that has a refund guarantee on it, we will offer you a 30-day money-back guarantee.

To be eligible for a refund on physical products with refund guarantee, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. And for digital products with return guarantee, the refund must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a refund, please email us at support@nellyswaisttrainers.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable.
